Question of the Day
The first part of the game involves building a castle park. With that said, what is your favorite land in any castle park?
That can be tricky, but if I'm talking about just the land itself and not factoring in specific attractions, I might say MK's Fantasyland. Considering the broad potential of IPs one can use in Fantasyland, I like the idea of dividing it into different sub-lands to reflect that variety.

MK's New Fantasyland is one of the biggest disappointments in recent history because of how much was just wasted.

Attempting to come up with a 'new' land is always fun

Add me to the NOS love train. It’s the birthplace of arguably the two greatest Castle Park rides - POTC & Haunted Mansion. The land can be enjoyed without the rides, thanks to the deepest and most creative and most consistent dining & retail experience in Disneyland. The confluence of narrow alleyways, plus their lived-in balcony details etc., make it feel the most alive.

The 5 classic opening day 1955 lands (in any park) tend to lack NOS’s cohesion thanks to their very broad themes. Paris’ Frontierland does the best to unify all its western themes into a single setting and storyline, which is a tact more often seen in second gate lands like in DisneySea. Shanghai’s Treasure Cove comes close to doing something similar, but it’s lacking one more major attraction for now.

WDW Adventureland. The misplaced Aladdin stuff aside, it is a really lovely land with great atmospher and wonderful flow between the sections. With added stuff like the Pirate game that elevate the atmosphere. Plus, some of my favorite "chill" attractions like the Treehouse and Tiki Room. And then the best Jungle Cruise and the Pirates with the best queue/surrounding atmosphere. Wdw Pirates queue I honestly rank up there with Flight of Passage and Indiana Jones in terms of quality.

Clearly I can't read because I answered this as which land do you like to make 😅

Favorite land? Main Street U.S.A in WDW. That version really enhanced the forced perspective and scaling.

One of my favorite effects is that the Main Street Station feels closer as you walk to the exit, and the Castle feels further away as you walk towards it. Both are the same length away but one slowly drags you into the park, and the other makes you feel like you're closer to exiting.
