The Public Policy Institute actually has him in 60s also. And they are pretty much what most politicians in this State use for pubic polls.
So he's still trending at about a D- (academically speaking), and his rating has gone down since May. Good to know. Maybe people are actually wising up.
In the political world above 60% is actually closer to a B to B+. I would say its impossible statistically speaking to get much passed the higher 70% range especially in this day and age.

Well, they would already have had them had Newsom not illegally got several hundred thousand of the original signatures thrown out and yes, it was later discovered they were thrown out illegally, but apparently it was too late to correct it.
I don't know about that. Back in August they only had 56k from the reporting counties. So even if your claim is correct they are still shy about a Million signatures.
