FANTASYLAND FASTPASS -- Alice's Caucus Race
Propose a new Fantasyland streetmosphere show
Outside of Alice in Wonderland, the denizens of Wonderland gather together, led by Mr. Dodo, to run forward, backward, inward, and outward, running for ever more in a race that has no start or beginning, inviting guests to join in the mayhem.

This is the sort of thing where, if I didn’t like Alice in Wonderland especially well, there’s not much else to win me over, not like a musical or dance performance which isn’t quite as IP-dependent, especially when many of the cartoon characters as seen in your image would be very difficult to pull off on a limited streetmosphere budget.

Fantasy-Land: An “unexpected” duel
The show starts with one of the actors “challenging the other to a duel” (both of which wearing exaggerated medieval clothing), as they partake in an (again) exaggerated “totally real & spontaneous” fencing match, with audience participation thrown in (like one of the actors asking a guest to hold their (prop) sword as they partake in a duel of words with the other)

@Pufflefan
This live show of chivalric arts could run into the same challenges as @b-wolf95 ‘s proposal, particularly when guests are picked at random to hold (prop) swords & such, which – unless there is great care and preplanning like with those Sword in the Stone Excalibur shows – is just asking for chaos.

BATTLE FOR NEVERLAND
when the crew of jolly roger invades fantasyland, its up to peter pan and his lost boys to fight them off in a battle that incorporates acrobatic stunts, special effects, and dazzling choreography, culminating in a duel between peter and captain hook.

There is so, so, so, so, so much pyrotechnics in this streetmosphere stunt show(a genre which I already have misgivings about), that it sounds better-suited for a permanent theater show like a smaller-scale version of Universal’s Waterworld…not so much something which can be staged anyplace with ease.
