By my count…Disney has been trying to get people to latch on to the muppets for about 33 years…no dice.

Wish.com Star Wars land, except it inexplicably cost twice what it should have.
The number of easily fixable details that remain unaddressed is maddening.
Take the L. You turned the wrong way. Quit doubling down.
Without saying too much, it sounds like there are at least a few "fixes" being discussed... inspired by the mega-million-dollar loser sitting across the parking lot.
Ideas are plentiful and funding is finite. We'll see.

It's not so super close that it would be easy to expand to - if they want to incorporate it "into" the park, probably would be easier to use the existing shuttles and have it be a exclusive experience (e.g. a reserved dinner/show like Hoop Dee Doo). Or if they want to use it as an expansion for all guests then put in a proper ride/transportation between Batuu and the ship (something akin to the Hogwarts Express).

…i mean…in order to solve a problem you first have to know what the problem is.
Not sure Jack-o is still “available” for Disneys purposes

I see a few hurdles to changing it:
1) cost, especially since the attractions seem to be doing well as is
2) WDI/Trowbridge resistance
3) Lucasfilm not wanting the neckbeards to win

At least two of the things Disney did with the Muppets (Muppets Most Wanted and Muppets Now) were lousy. And that's not just because they had the Muppets in them.

Hard disagree on Muppets Most Wanted. I thought it was more like the Muppet classics than the 2011 movie.
