I understand what you mean, but I’m afraid this is more or less the “norm” in modern themed entertainment. It’s not exclusively a Disney thing. I’d argue it’s more of a stylistic thing throughout the entire industry.. Some examples are just better than others. Not even purely stylistic choice...

I would’ve been willing to sacrifice the more articulate facial movement if it meant an accurate face sculpt. The show itself is really well done. The face is suchhhhh a miss though. I hope at some point in the future it’s adjusted. The body movement though is so perfectly executed.

I still am betting on at least ONE thing coming to TL. Not necessarily an E-ticket per se, but I think a 5 year timeline works out for a Buzz revamp or Peoplemover (hopeium).. Stitch doing great at the box office imo locks the IP in for some kind of attraction, and we’ll see soon too about F4. I...

What’s funny… I had heard about a KH project in development back in 2019 for Tokyo. No other details were told beyond that. I don’t really chat with that source anymore, and I’m sure it’s had many different lives at this point so it wouldn’t surprise me if this plan surfaced in some capacity..

No insider info, but I feel like we’re long overdue for a ROA refurb where they actually drain the water. It’s been a while since we’ve had an extensive refurb like that. Maybe after the 70th?

I REALLY hope that the Eastern gateway entry revamp + Porto’s on the opposite side means an esplanade refresh. It’s long overdue.

I hate to resurrect this thread, but some rumors for MK’s SM have started on that side of the forums.. I’m not under the impression that our version would receive another retrack or anything, but this may point to larger updates to the land — which could coincide with ours. Pretty interesting...

I believe in previous years, the Constance figure would be physically removed for the overlay (which was a big reason for its inconsistencies in projection alignment, lighting, and such). This new figure, by the looks of it, has more permanent staging + placement, so it’s probably just easier...

Overall I think these changes are a net positive. The bride I think looks great, and a much improved upgrade over Constance. Love that they got rid of her dialogue. The Hitchhiking Ghosts also look good. Honestly if I wasn’t told it was changed, I don’t think I would notice. Can we please now...
