Well, it didn't happen any other night this week - I was out there every night. As I said, the first cloudy night seemed to have something to do with it, but it was definitely sunlight, not only man-made light. But you're probably right that man-made light was an element.

I guess it’s a Florida thing I’d forgotten, but it’s almost 10pm and the sky is still a beautiful peach color. It was a cloudy evening so I guess that’s why. Amazing though - it never happens where we live, it’d always be pitch black by now. So nice!

UPDATE: I think it was a cat. This morning we saw a cat come down the path and go into the same place in the bushes. Had the same colorings I could sort of see. And it looked pregnant.

My son and I are really enjoying the Lava Pool at the Poly this week. Fun slide, and just watching people come out of it is fun. Tonight we watched the Electric Water Pageant from the hot tub, which was fun.

Our room is right by the monorail line - yep, must have been an armadillo!

Did it start with requiring cancelling within 24-hrs? I just remember in 2013 cancelling a couple of ADRs the day of, and I don't think I was charged anything. Maybe I was and didn't notice it!

When we went in 2000, I remember just standing in line for many rides, but that for some rides you could get a return time ticket. I only remember doing that for Jungle Cruise. Maybe they had that in 1997?

Anyone know when they started charging for late cancellations and no-shows?

Can you book Fastpasses ahead of time for during Extra Magic Hours? It doesn't seem to be letting me (Epcot is open to 11pm but it's not showing me times for anything beyond 9pm.). Do you have to be checking in to your resort first or something?
