Shula's in the Dolphin is the best restaurant on property. (best steak I've ever had)
Trattoria al Forno on the Boardwalk is one of the best on property. (Those meatballs are perfect, as is most of the menu)
Via Napoli is one the best inside a park. (quite partial to the pizza but the other items are great)
Wine Bar George is the best I've had at Springs. (primarily eaten appetizers here, but they are great)
Boma
Sanaa
Biergarten
Olivia's @ Old Key West
Trails End (great breakfast buffet for the price)
We also enjoy most the lounge dining at WDW resorts, cost is cheaper, more relaxed, and we have had good experiences with food/service. (Crew's Cup/Territory Lounge/Tambu/ Victoria Falls)
Most restaurants at Disney Springs will give you far superior meals to those on property, our favorites are Boathouse, Morimoto, and Homecomin'
Had two very good table service meals this past week: Jiko and Citricos. I made a wrong entree choice at Citricos though - should have gone with the short ribs like my wife did. I had the swordfish, which was ok, but definitely a bit boring. The key lime pie made up for it though, as did the service. And the excellent Sweet Onion Bisque!
