Where to book for family stay?

Our 3-generation family of 8 (mom, dad, grandparents & 4 granddaughters) stayed in 2 adjoining rooms at Pop. We spent most of our time in the parks & found the rooms to be fine for showering & sleeping. This was an economical option & was more than adequate.

    My (husband's) aching feet...

As a another flat-footed person, I have never found a sandal to give enough support. During our last 2 Disney trips I have worn 2 pairs of running shoes and alternated them daily. They may be heavier but they have prevented blisters and foot strain.

Fastpass+ Stressing Me Out, I thought this was a vacation

Just back yesterday from a week trip with 4 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. Magic Bands worked well as room keys, for park entrance and for getting meals. Fast Pass+ worked most of the time. We were able to change times but the FP+ kiosk lines were long (45 minutes) and the CMs often had...

    FastPass + sign up issues

Our daughter-in-law tried to make our Fastpass+ choices yesterday (60 days out) for the 8 of us going Jan. 20. She said it took 30+ tries for one park and at least several tries for the others. The system kept saying various party members had exceeded their Fastpass + availability (which was...

If You Go Down To The Parks Today..Your In For A Big Surprise...

Our next trip in Jan. will also be our last. We're celebrating the blending of 2 families & it will be a chance for 4 grandkids to experience WDW together. But for us "old ones" Disney has lost it's luster plus the insane pre-planning makes it "not a vacation". The increased cost has finally...

Does an almost 5 year old need a stroller?

Rented a double stroller from Kingdom Strollers for our petite 7 and 9 year old granddaughters. Excellent stroller and was so needed. Both girls napped in it at various times. They thanked us for getting it and it worked perfectly for our family.:king:

Towel animals and such from housekeeping

Just got back from Riverside. Tipped every day and picked up after ourselves daily. Only got a towel Mickey on one bed at the beginning of our stay:( Very disappointed (it's you, Ruby, we're speaking about in room 3712). Our granddaughters were very sad as they saw towel creatures in...

Does an almost 5 year old need a stroller?

Have 2 granddaughters 7 & 9. Both are petite and about the same size at 50 lbs. Showed them pictures and discussed the idea of a stroller with them since they are "big" kids. Both looked at the park maps and all the walking involved and decided they'd like to have a stroller along "just in...

Needing a Credit Card for ADR's

Credit card charge Ok, folks, now I'm really confused  At 180 days out I called and reserved CRT for our family of five. And my credit card was charged immediately for the full price of the meal which will be in May!! I've already paid it off but don't understand how you folks...
