Interesting, I didn't notice that expiration date. 11/28/2025 would suggest something major. I know this contractor has done a lot of work for Disney, but I will have to take a look at some part permits to see what kinds of things they have done.

2 years seems like a long time for restrooms, even at Disney's pace of construction. As for the tree house one, the default expiration on a permit is 1 year so sometimes the person filling out the document just puts in the 1 year date instead of leaving it blank. That may be the case for this...
