A comment on the plan showing parking in the laydown yard. The details of the parking spots may just be a formality to show how the area will be used, and not indicating an actual paved parking lot. The plans for the laydown yard for Galaxy's Edge/Toy Story Land, showed this same sort of layout...

The permits do not show any structures being built in the laydown yards. The size of the yard is not unreasonable. It's about 34 acres. For comparison the laydown yard for the Toy Story Land/Galaxy's Edge project was around 30 acres.
