Been there, done that We've done the water parks many times in December. Even this past December, when it was NOT warm. If you pick a sunny day without too much wind, you can make it work. And no crowds!

Disney response I had a relatively minor complaint last year, wrote to Disney and was ultimately given some perks, including several sets of fastpasses for our group of 8, priority seating for fireworks and parades, etc. It was a nice touch.
