Who gets the no expiration option? What if it were cheaper?

Just wondering who amongst us buys MYW passes with the no expiration option. If you do, do you consider it worthwhile? If you don't, is it because of cost, or some other factor? I wonder if WDW would make more money, out of volume, if the option were more affordable? Feel free to disagree, but I think if the no expiration option was capped at 10 dollars a day, OR 20 dollars a day for each day remaining on the pass (as opposed to how many days the pass originally had), it'd result in even more dough-re-mi rolling in the Mouse House.

Honestly, I'm not even thinking about the AP because it's its own creature. You're getting a year's worth of access to WDW, how much or how little you use it is up to you and your circumstances, whereas a MYW pass only can have X amount of days added on to it.

Always get it

My wife and I bought the 10 day no-expiry passes years ago. When our daughter turned 3, we got one for her. Most recently, we got one for our son and also bought new passes for the 2 of us. It is far less expensive than buying new passes for each trip - especially when you factor in price increases. And unlike the AP, does not have a time limit.

I've seen several people calculate that the No Expiration option is a better buy than an Annual Pass if you will be returning more than one year later.

Otherwise, if you are returning within a year, then an Annual Pass is the way to go.
