    New(to Me) Places to Eat

MK - Either Casey's or El Pirata y Perota (when it's open). DHS - Haven't found anything we really like there. Epcot - everything! No, really. Alcoholic beverages at WDW restaurants?

best place for ribs or pork?

You might check out the Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge. We had the all you can eat skillet, with ribs, pork, chicken, etc. It was a little on the greasy side, but yummy! The atmosphere is fun and loud.

    Biergarten?

I thought the food was good and the atmosphere was GREAT! My husband didn't care much for the food, but he loved the band & the interior of the restaurant. I could eat for days on just sauerkraut, bratwurst, & beer, so I was :). (BTW, Hi. I'm new.)
