    Disney buses

You didn't here it from me, but I've never heard of the security guys turning cars away from resort gates when they say they're there to try a certain resort restaurant. Just don't say you have reservations because they keep a checklist.

Typhoon Lagoon Crush n Gusher ?

I remember it was ONLY for 2 people when it first opened and I went on. They slide operator actually made my dad go on with my sister and then come up to the front so he could go back down with me. That was back in 2006 i think though.

    Which Deluxe?

Wilderness Lodge is one of the more secluded, beautiful and romantic hotels on property and is usually the least expensive of the Deluxe group. There seem to be less kids around that property too. Also, if you want a beautiful hotel room with an adult atmosphere without dipping into your whole...

    Moving to Florida??

I just had to come onto this board after all these years to say I'm finally moving to Orlando!!!!! Ahhh! We set the date, July 29th!!!! I'm amazed how many Rhode Islanders are on this thread alone. My boyfriend and I both just earned our B.S.'s in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales...

Out of all the attractions in WDW which one has the most comfortable seat or ride car

Oh, and TTA has the best seats. Padded, breezy, a seat across for tired feet to toss up onto after an 8 hr marathon since opening in the MK... perfect.

Out of all the attractions in WDW which one has the most comfortable seat or ride car

I just have to defend American Adventure-- I love it and have since i was like, born (i'm 24 now). My fam and I used to catch it after a beautiful WS dinner and my mom and sister and i would all let ourselves cry like little girls when the two brothers go off to the Civil War and by the end when...

Taking a drink back to our resort room

I am a biiiig biiiig fan of the Lapu Lapu and if my memory serves me correctly it comes in a pineapple. The drink is great to have and carry around the Poly waiting for electric water parades and fireworks but believe me, you'll probably just watch to ditch the giant sticky alcohol soaked fruit...

Need 14 nnights of dinning and im lost lol!

Oh and Boma or Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge is just exquisite. I swear the whole property glows a beautiful burnt orange after sunset. Strolling the resort property after dinner is one of the most romantic things i've ever done down there too...

Need 14 nnights of dinning and im lost lol!

My boyfriend and I love getting to eat out when we're down ther on vacation and we think we've figured out a couple great places. And here's our biggest tip-- dinners are great and romantic and all, and i'd definitely splurge for a few nice ones like at O'Hana at Polynesian, or Yachtsman...

Crossroads Shopping Center Restauants and distance

It'd be a hike, and you'd probably want to start from DTD Marketplace if you're using Disney busses. There's a lot once you get there-- a McDonalds (with an actual dollar menu), Buffalo Wild Wings, Perkins, Red Lobster, Chevy's, and others that I know I'm forgetting. There's a Pirate's Cove...

Hope for the Disney Channel after all?

Anyone remember the show Walt Disney World Inside Out??? It was a Travel Channel-esque show that actually went inside the parks and explored the property I think it was on the Disney Channel back in 1994 or something. Oh and when I was little and couldn't sleep sometimes I remember even watching...

Attention all WDW Professional Internships Applicants...

I got an automatic response rejection email to one of my internship positions! I've even more nervous than before... I applied for various roles so I'm still optimistic about the ones I haven't heard back from yet. Still though, such a high stress level up through May now....

    Professional Internship preliminary interview- pointers?

If you meet all the qualifications you should expect to receive an automatic response type of email with a number to call to schedule a phone interview. You will probably get that initial email within just a few days. Good luck! what are you hoping to do down there?
