Anyone know where "the right place" is??? My family will be at WDW from Chicago the end of next week. Anybody know where to hang out for a bit to get invited into a test run? I would LOVE to get in on one, since I only get to the World about every 2 years! Thanks in advance for any help!

Best times to go My wife & I have taken 7 trips to WDW in 11 years. All have been either late October or late January. October is great 'cuz you can catch Mickey's Halloween Party (a blast with or without the kids!) and Epcot Food & Wine festival. Crowds are light and weather is great...

October is a GREAT time of year at WDW. The weekends are still pretty busy w/Florida residents, but not what I'd call crowded. We went Oct 2002 for a long weekend and were able to see and do all we wanted in 4 days. (No AK visit this time) Did MNSSHP the first night (Thursday) and loved it...

The food is gonna be the same at all 3 AS resorts. The decor in the food court is different, but the food is not. It's, well... IMHO it's suprisingly good! Others here will disagree, but I don't mind the food. There is a good variety, and the quality is consistent with other venues in WDW...

Rent-a-car Return My wife & I were at the World last fall. Had to fly into Tampa, so rented one-way for one day (Alamo!). Dropped the car right at the WDW Car Care center & hopped a bus straight into the magic! Couldn't be easier!!! Going back next week with the kids!!! Can't...
