We love BWV!!! The location is fantastic and the Boardwalk at night is great. We purchased at BWV in 2000 and have added on points at BWV 3 more times. Our home away from home!!! We are going to the AKV during Christmas week this year. I am sure it will be grat like all the Disney properties.

Based on my records the annual dues seem to increase about 4-5% per year. It also will depend on which resort is your home. Mine is boardwalk, so my annual dues are much higher than say OKW.

We have 435 in BWV. We originally bought 175 in 2000 and then added 50 the following year. We then bought 105 twice more in 2005 and 2006. All at Boardwalk. Our home away from home!!:)

Christmas is very busy, I was however able to get Christmas week in a 1BR in AKV booking in July. 16 days to go!!:)
