I don't think there's any way you will be done with breakfast by 9 if your reservation is at 8:20 during a high crowd level time. I would plan at least an hour, if not more. If the park opens at 8:00 that day, by the time you got out of CRT, the standby line for 7D will most likely be crazy long.
