My family is thinking about going to disney January 12-16. I know this is a super low attendance time, so do they usually come out with discounts like free dining during this time? When do those offers usually come out?
Look for them in October. I've been in January twice within the last couple of years. Had a free dining promo one year and a Stay, Play, Dine promo another year.
