You might think about heading over to DAKL and trying some of the African Beers they have. I believe they also have some in AK.

I did indeed call and modify a reservation for Pop that we have for just before the free dining begins. The difference was credited back to my credit card.

We live in the US Virgin Islands. We are going @ the end of August. We have a half hour drive, then a 40 minute barge ride, then a 30 minute drive to a 6 hour trip.

I'd head over to the Boardwalk and then proceed to the International Gateway area, where I believe they could take in Illuminations. I'd also visit DAKL and spend some time there. Maybe watch Wishes from California Grill or Poly Beach while enjoying cocktails.

My sons (5&7) loved HDDR. Found Mickey's BBQ to be one big shoving fest to get autographs. Probably will try Luau this August, just to try something different.

From my experience, the driver's license rule is not enforced very strictly. You do need to stay alert.

Each cabin has it's own parking space. It is one of the many convenient things about the cabins.

We always rent a car, but do at times take advantage of Disney transportation. We stay at FW cabins and most often shop at the nearby Winn-Dixie. We have never had a problem with Disney transportation, just find it a little more convenient to have our own car with two young children.

Other than the obvious ESPN club, the only other place I can think of is to see if maybe Bongo's or Capt Jack's has a bar with televisions. That way, the kids can go to Disneyquest, see a movie or shop. Otherwise ESPN is probably it. I'll bethere the same weekend and might wind up there.

Figment1986, Good luck through this storm. I too cannot put wood over my windows, due to height of the windows. What I have done is make wooden inserts for the inside. In the event that one breaks, at least very little wind and rain will get in the house. Hope this helps you. Stay well.
