Does anyone have experience with ordering one three course menu at California Grill and splitting it between two people? We are not big eaters and my wife and I would be fine splitting one three course menu. Has anyone done this or know whether it is allowed?

How long do think they have to keep it closed to avoid having to adjust the write off? I like the idea of a one night package with the dinner show.

We recently went to El Patron which is fairly close to the Disney Springs area off property and near the Olive Garden and WaWa gas station. They have excellent Mexican food (some of the best fajitas I have had), good service and a very extensive margirita menu. Just wanted to suggest this...

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience there. It sounds like skipping the brunch there is not a bad option. We really like the view there, though can go for drinks/appetizers in the evening instead.

I think that Bob Iger has done a better job as CEO than people give him credit for both from a shareholder and Disney "fan" standpoint. Mr. Mayer would be a good replacement choice though.

What are your thoughts and experiences staying at the Swan and Dolphin? Although they are not the most "Disney" hotels, the locations are very good. Would you prefer to stay there or other Deluxe/Moderate Disney hotels vs. other Disney Springs area hotels.

The press is reporting that Disney may have to add cash to its offer to match the new Comcast all cash offer. However, if DIS stock price continues to increase (up to $108 today), the amount of additional cash would need to be lower.

What is your favorite buffet or all you care to eat restaurant at Disney World? My favorite is Boma. Ohana and the Garden Grove at the Swan (Seafood Buffet) are my two runner ups. Others?

The Dolphin is also a great option and could be the best value resort, especially if you a SPG member on points.

Our favorite moderate is Port Orleans Riverside. Our favorite overall resort is Animal Kingdom. Although others like the Boardwalk and Poly are great and are close to the parks, there is something very special and unique about Animal Kingdom.
