Where do enjoy running most?

Outside of any organized races, I was curious where people enjoy running the most at Disney World. I have found that two of the best places are running around Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter and also the loop around the Boardwalk and down to Hollywood Studios. Any other places where you enjoy running the most?

The trail from Wilderness Lodge over to Fort Wilderness. But most of my non-race running at WDW ends up on a treadmill in the resort's fitness center.

The crescent lake loop is the best for scenery. Saratoga through downtown is good in the early morning as well.

I have also snookered my way into the world showcase twice...but long ago...those days are gone since they have the new security drones above following people at all times 😜

Back when my knee wasn't hurting, I did a nice run from the B resort towards Disney Springs and then did a bunch of loops around Saratoga. Then I found out that there's a trail that goes to OKW. More recently, if you're at the Hyatt Grand Cypress, there's a trail you can run back into that resort - more natural than the others.

I got kicked out of DS when I tried to run there. They were moving out of Once Upon a Toy to make room for the Void. Is it OK to run through before it's open, on a normal day?

You quoted that one correctly...I had a few ops manager acquaintances that let me do a half lap around showcase...but that was 10+ years ago...

The 7:30-8 was about running through springs before opening...that was 2 years ago.

Uh huh, a manager's going to risk their job letting you run through a deserted park. Sure......

...along time ago when you know them...for 10 minutes?
You believe what you want to believe...

You want to know what goes on? It’s a secret: a lot of horticulture, cleaning, and supply shuffling. It’s not Area 51...I had been there many, many times.

Sshhhhhhhh!!!!!!!🤫🤫

You do know that they have private functions with “civilians” there on a frequent basis...it’s not

...argumentative. Unnecessary. Immature.

And again, more of your nonsense.

Yes, I do know about those private functions held before a park opens - I paid for one. Guests were transported to a backstage entrance and then escorted by a CM to the function location. They weren't allowed to wander around a closed park. And they were stopped at the front gate if they mistakenly ended up there.

I run through closed parks at least 9 times a year.....

You’re talking about RUNDisney!! That’s a coordinated event. You don’t see the difference.

When I got married...they let me and 3 others walk from gateway to the pavilion on the other side of showcase. The wedding planner suggested it. I’m probably on somebodys camera In a background shot from 2004.

Again...not that big of a deal.

It’s just some minor personal anecdotes..If I knew the manager and he let me go play for a few minutes once at 9 am...what honestly does it matter? I’m not encouraging a Ponzi scheme.

Are you done? Do you want to tell me what my own experiences are? Can I tell you yours?...cause I have a feeling I can make up some good ones...

Just plain argumentative. Move on.
