POR for us! We loved it there. We haven't stayed at CBR, but beaches aren't my thing so it doesn't really appeal to me.

Ours has to be Chip n Dale. My son chose the mickey ears with chip on one side and Dale on the other. Chip flipped it so that he was on the front and then Dale flipped it so that he was on the front. It was pretty cute.

OP listed five FP at EPCOT, so either Soarin or TT was likely the 4th or 5th. When we went to EPCOT, we had a FP for Soarin and planned to RD TT. As it turned out, TT was down first thing, but we got it as a 4th FP that evening. ETA: Just saw split group explanation as to why TT and Soarin'...
