Yeah, we've been 4 times in 6 years. Don't want to go yearly because we like visiting other places & do other things. We Love our Disney trips but, want our kids to see more of the "real" World! Definitely, think any visitor deserves to express their opinion. There's no spot in the poll for "I have personally been multiple times, but believe anyone who has gone even once deserves to have their voice be heard." But that's my vote.
Everyone's voice matters.

I personally believe that the people who have visited once or twice would have some of the most honest responses without becoming biased to certain attractions, entertainment and restaurants they rely on seeing more that like 5 times a year because they know it's what they remember being the best.
I just feel like a first-timer's opinion would be a more reliable source than a Disney addict that knows every wrong or nostalgic detail in every ride. You won't have people saying The Enchanted Tiki Room was amazing because they aren't attached or know about the nostalgia of the show... So they'll simply review for what the attraction actually is (which, for first timers, is probably boring or stale... But not for the regular park and Disney addicts). This is also true for attractions that have replaced formerly popular attractions such as Mission: Space, Upgraded Test Track, heck.. Even Frozen Ever After and Stitch's Great Escape. They'll judge these rides simply based on their first-experience rather than something they grew up with or became really attached to in the past. They will judge everything in every park by what it is.. Not by what it replaced, what it became or what condition it was in 10 years ago.
I really can't go with once. The reason is that any first timer is sometimes overwhelmed with the size and complexity of the place. It takes, at the very least, two or three before you start to really grasp the in's and out's of the place. One trip is enough to take an opinion seriously. All it takes is one incident to ruin an experience and the same is true to make an experience. Honestly, I don't have many major complaints, but I do have a decent amount of smaller ones. They don't at all ruin my experience (I've gone around 13 times now) but if they could be improved then it would be awesome. But I also understand these are little things that have been discovered due to being there so many times (and some of them are changes I don't fully agree with, so it's not particularly something that is broken/ruined, but something that I may not be a fan of).
But back to the question, I think all opinions matter, after all, every family/group there is spending thousands of dollars, so everyone is there on an equal level.

Unless a person just hates any theme park experience, I have never heard anyone say... "Well, it was OK, but, such and such wasn't what I thought it would be". It's all new and all shiny and all encompassing. It takes awhile to really know what is needed. That's my opinion anyway.
Just to bust your chops, if I stay in the bubble, go on a DCL cruise, then stay back in the bubble, is that two visits to the World or two? I mean, I did leave the country and return after all. New batch of Magic Bands and what not. Also, IE: each vacation no matter the duration counts as (1) visit.
Yes, the experience is valid to that one person. However, something going wrong, such as a magic band, is a moment in time. It is not necessarily indicative of what others will experience nor does it represent something that is a common happening. Now if they had gone a few times and the same things happened or they observed the same things, then it is an indication of what others might expect. As long as people realize that these things are a possibility and not necessarily to be expected, then it is valuable.I still think you can have a legitimate opinion. If something goes wrong or doesn't work (such as a magic band not being activated properly) then that will be a valid complaint. Not a huge issue, but it is an inconvenience that can be avoided.
