We used Mears on our last trip this past May and I highly recommend them!

I did receive a refund a couple of years ago but have tried 3 times with different CM's and no refund. I will be able to use them at a future date for other Disney Tickets if we do not get to go. We have all our reservations including airfare set to go but it's 3 months out so we will see.

I know you cannot get a refund but can you use those funds for a later date. Has anyone had any experience with this and can advise?

Have you checked with Mears. It is a 69 mile trip so I think Mears (if available) might be the most cost effective. We used Mears to travel from MCO to GF in May and it was great and very efficent, I highly recommend!

We used Touring Plans for our last two resort visits and DID NOT get anywhere near the location that we requested. If you do the online checkin, you do get a text with your room # without having to go to the front desk.

We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a Savannah. I would NOT pay extra for the Savannah. There are too many other areas where you can see them and most kids are really not that interested!
