I love the Land Pavillion, The boat ride is still a fav. of mine. This is good news concerning the theater.

We eat there all the time. We stay at A.S. Music quite often. Its nice to eat a meal that is "cheap"..:) and good too!

You know folks that work there..i know folks that work there. Its common knowledge that the place is top heavy. And no, i dont think that a guest would notice one bit of difference. Disagree if you may, no big deal. The cuts were needed and WAS going to happen despite a good or bad economy...

Time will tell...im hoping that this will make for big improvements. Actually, even not taking the economy in to consideration, alot of these cuts needed to happen.

Yeah, disney is doing NEEDED restructuring. After all of this, a better Disney will emerge. Layoffs happen. Jobs come and go. If you take the total number of WDW employees..compared to the what? 450 or so layoffs....It really aint too bad. WDW i think has around what...60-65k employees? That...

The middle of May, like from the 9th ish to the 22ish...Is VERY VERY managable. The crowds are almost as light as Sept.

Its all a moot point. P.I. is gone. It aint coming back. The A.C. isnt either. A.C. actually wasnt too bad, it was the ONLY nice thing there, but the rest brought it down also. Disney did the right thing by closing P.I. Clearly, it didnt fit the image and a good decision was made to end it.

No the clientele WASNT controlled very well :lol: And YES, that was a HUGE reason for P.I.'s demise....But in anycase, it isnt there anymore, thank goodness! and YES, shopping and food is whats in all probability going to be there.

You can add any days you want to at check in. We ALWAYS book over the phone using "room only codes" and we get a good discount. Then upon check in, we get the days we want and its all put on the "keys to the world". We almost always get a 7 day MYW base ticket. Yes, im anti-park hopper.:)

We never really used the books either. WDW isnt complicated at all..And, after going a few times, who needs and further direction? I can see a first timer using some assistance for sure. I DO enjoy looking at the books at Borders, etc....just to help pass the "Not at Disney time away"..:)
