    Favorite & least favorite resorts...

I can't say that I have a least favorite, although I don't remember much about my stay at All-Star Sports in 2000, for some reason... My favorite is Wilderness Lodge. I love the theming and the pool; I just especially enjoyed my time at that resort. I also really, really like Pop. I stayed...

First time at Pop...calling all Pop lovers!

We stayed in the 50's building with preferred. We also walked the entire resort, and I liked it best, though the 70's was a close second. Whaddaya know...my 300th post! :sohappy:

Which is worse: Pool hopping, using FPs outside the time window, ...

I don't see a thing wrong with pool hopping.

People who "think" they know Disney ....

Well said. When I feel the urge to "correct" somebody, I think about how much I hate to be given unsolicited advice, and I usually let it go.

WDW specials on Travel Channel today

One of the reasons I love TiVo so much is because I can save the Disney specials! :sohappy:

    Logistical Question

We had to split our group of six into 3 and 3 (or is it 4 and 2?) for Le Cellier, and that was at (gulp) 3:45 in the afternoon! The things we do for Candlelight Processional preferred seating...

People who "think" they know Disney ....

I re-read the original post a couple more times, and I just don't detect the arrogance (or smugness or whatever) that some people in this thread have insinuated is there. I may be wrong, but the point I see Dixiegirl trying to make is that sometimes the people who talk the most about WDW are the...

What to do to relax at WDW?

When we were kids (especially when my brother and sister were little), we'd go back to the resort in the middle of the day, swim, maybe nap, and chill. Now that we're adults, we plan to not go into the parks at least two days on the trip. On those days, we swim, explore other resorts, and visit...

One thing you've never done at WDW ?

Number 1 thing to do on Arrival?????

We arrive early in the morning, so we grab breakfast at McDonald's and walk through Celebration right after dawn. After we go to our hotel, Downtown Disney is usually our first stop once we've settled in, followed by lunch at Pepper Market.

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but bear with me...I'm jonesing for Disney, and I'm thinking about this December's trip. :xmas: What are the must-do's and don't-fool-with's for MVMCP? I know it's all subjective, but I'm curious to hear from those who have been.

Wilderness Lodge - Whats your Experiance

I stayed at WL in 2003, and it was my favorite resort I've stayed at. Like everything at WDW, it's an immersive place, and I just enjoyed the peacefulness of it. The decor is breathtaking as well.

One thing you've never done at WDW ?

Hoop-De-Do Revue. We stayed at Fort Wilderness all through the 80's and never did it. I don't really know why, other than money, I guess.

    What is Stitchs Great Escape?

Finally, some clarity. Somebody had to say it exactly that way. Not a bad idea...with all the renewed interest in Mars, how about an updatd version of Mission To Mars? Just an idea...

    24 Hour Diner...good idea?

Jersey Diners sound cool and all, but I was thinking more along the lines of a Waffle House (We Southerners have to represent...).

    No Park Hopper..

I don't know if I have any advice, but I would be interested to hear how it works for your family.

Even been on Horizons at Epcot?

Boy have I! I remember it fondly. When I first rode it at 10 or 11, I hadn't seen anything like it. I don't know if I've truly seen anything quite like it since.
