i was wondering the same thing about the shoes. i wasnt born till 83, but i know for a fact those are jazz dance shoes. ive had my share of them! i guess before they became dance shoes they were "trendy footwear"?? thats pretty funny. oh and btw, those are definatly yellow, not tan...:hurl: :lol:

we went on our honeymoon aug 18-27. the crowds werent terrible, but the weather was horrendous. we didnt get any rain, and it was upwards of 90 degrees the whole time. needless to say, we wont be going in august again! wait a month, go in september, its a tad cooler, and mnsshp will be going on :)

i saw the pb version of the book at borders yesterday, but of course am broke. it was sitting pretty far out from the shelf, so i assumed it was 2 books, until i picked it up. the thing was huge! once i get paid im going to have to pick it up, itll only take me a few days to read.

i wore my maryjanes for 5 days straight with no problem. i think it all depends on the shape of your feet. i have thin feet, i guess, and they were a little loose, but i just got used to it. i wear them out walking all day long too (my job) with no problem! cant hurt to try, if youve made it...
