Main Street Bakery to Serve Starbucks Coffee

I think the funny thing here is that a lot of people are forgeting that the old MS used to have a lot more corporate branding. Tony's was Oscar Mayer, You also had the camera shop sponsored by polaroid, Edy's was Borden I believe (with a much more prominent sign), Smuckers, etc. Anyone remember...

    What's the 'Best' Moderate Resort?

I agree about the cabins. I think they are better than any of the other rooms. The only mod. with a full kitchen too. The only drawback to that place is getting around the resort.

    Osborne Lights help

If you look at the purple lights on the building there seems to be some sort purple scrim there. It almost looks like chiffon or something like that...

    Osborne Lights help

Yeah, now that you say that it is kind of like a scrim. But what is a scrim made of? I did not post any pictures of it because it is hard to see it in a photo.

    Osborne Lights help

There are a few sections of the show where it seems like the lights are covered in some sort of see-through fabric or mesh. I am attempting to re-create this effect this year for my Outdoor decorations but I do not know what is used. Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about or know what...

    Parental Superiority at Disney Parks...

I hate to admit this but once my Son was acting up in the MK and I thought about threatening to go back to the room. Before I said it I thought to myself, "But I do not want to go back to the room". So instead I threatened to take away his new Bubblegun that he had gotten that day. Thankfully...

    Parental Superiority at Disney Parks...

The Dad should have apologized and cleaned up the mess. Kids are fast though and will sometimes grab or knock over something before you can get to them. As far as people being loud with their kids, sometimes that is the only way they will listen.

    Things that drive you crazy

That is just silly. I am debating whether or not to bring one in December for my 3 year old. The only reason I am considering it is because it might be a good place for a nap. Otherwise, he is walking.

    Parental Superiority at Disney Parks...

Kind of torn on this one. I would never let my Son cut in front of people for a parade and I would also apologize for any similar actions on his part. I am always conscious of the fact that not everyone will think he is cute and he has no more right to a spot in a line than anyone else. This is...

Happy Birthday EPCOT Center (and yes, that is it's real name!)

Thirty years and a couple of days ago I took this pic of them filming that opening special. Happy Birthday Epcot Center.

    Favorite queue?

I have to go with Pirates. You feel so engulfed in the theme since you are completely hidden from the outside. There is also the excitement about seeing the boats as they pull up. There is something childish in me that still gets a little excited when I see or get on a boat of any kind. My...

Too Cheap to do that at WDW

The Sea Raycers are really cool. You should try them. Granted, the price will be steep for you since you have to get three of them but it is worth it. I usually rent them at the WL. The Contemporary and the Poly tend to run out quickly. I can't say that there is anything that I would not do...

A few nostalgic eyegasms from 1977

Yep. That is where the Grosvenor is now. We used to stay at the Dutch Inn all the time. I actually just found a mint looking brochure in my closet from there. Great pics.

Anyone Ever Done Disneyworld with a 3yr old and Infant?

We will be going in Dec. with my 3 month old (that is if she ever comes out) and my Son who will be three and a half by then. My Son's first trip was at about 6 months and he loved it. They are pretty easy at that time because they are still easy to control. I would go at a more moderate time...
