Thanks y'all. I enjoy fried pickles, but it seems everyone digs the Plaza. We are making it a must do for our upcoming trip. We also booked the WoC dining for lunch at the Wine Country Trattoria. It was the only one available for our trip for preferred seating. Any experiences with that?

I was trying to do some research as to why there wasn't any interest from TWDC and OLC to build Disney branded resorts until so late in the game? Does anyone know why this business decision was made? Was there a contractual agreement that TWDC couldn't build/manage their own hotels?

Any of the usual informers want to weigh in on this one? @marni1971 @WDW1974 @Lee Height balloons are usually pretty interesting. Perhaps they'd like to move forward with the once announce DVC property that was supposed to be where FS Orlando now sits? Or a different location for the FW DVC?

Speaking of sight lines, anyone ever notice you can see the show building for BoG? It's between PVH and the rock work for BoG. Shame really, seems like an easy fix to me.

Though events to take place at WDW year round, there are certain events that bring larger crowds. There is no doubt that the parks are impacted by the crowds that are associated with certain events. Though resorts are showing availability, doesn't mean they aren't closed to 100% occupancy.

The Cheerleading Worlds competition is this weekend. I would guess crowds are still some residual spring break as well as some cheerleaders coming in early. A lost of Resorts on property are at 90% or higher for occupancy.

I like to stop in GA, just after the border. It's exit 94. I usually stay at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Savannah. Just about 4-5 hours away from WDW. Great place to stay! It's clean, very comfortable, usually about $89-$99 per night.

I know I can't speak for everyone, but, there seem to be a lot of kids out there who play this game. I am not sure how many kids out there who have actually seen the entire film Pinnochio. Yes, to my generation and older who have seen the movie and grew up in these characters, it is very hard...

Unfortunately, no, you can't. Bus service is only avaialbe to the theme parks, water parks, and Downtown Disney. Unless you have your own car, your only option would be to take a a cab. If you want to save some money, take the bus to DTD and from there take a taxi. Welcome to WDWMagic!:wave:
