CanI take a bus from Pop Century to any of the outlet malls?

Unfortunately, no, you can't. Bus service is only avaialbe to the theme parks, water parks, and Downtown Disney.

Unless you have your own car, your only option would be to take a a cab. If you want to save some money, take the bus to DTD and from there take a taxi.

There's no direct buses from the hotels. If you want to go by bus you can take a bus from your hotel to DTD (Downtown Disney) and then catch a Lynx bus from there.
