Construction Outside of Osceola Parkway Gate

Hello There.

While driving to WDW just the other day via Osceola Parkway, I noticed some construction and land clearing just before the Walt Disney World entrance sign. It's was on the left hand side while entering property. (If you were to look at the area on Google Maps, it would be right around the area where the road changes color).

Does anyone know if this is a WDW related project? Or are we looking at third party? Or is it anything at all?

That must be it... Now that I have your attention..

I also noticed some clearing just before and across the street from the entrance to OKW. I did read some of the permit (and related threads) after doing a search for "new laundry are", but for the this I didn't come across anything.

Are you referring to this? If so I believe it's related to some sort of utility work.

Isn't that the lift station? That area has been under constant work for almost a year now, I believe (could be longer, I can't really remember, though).
