I second or third Boardwalk Inn. I enjoyed being close to the back of Epcot and HS. After WL, my favorite deluxe is AKL, though it is a bit far away from everything but AK. I'd like to try Beach Club at some point, that looks pretty nice and with a great location.

A lot of folks may hold their reservation right up to the point of getting charged if they're a no-show, and then maybe they cancel depending on their plans. So keep looking - I've often gotten reservations the day before after not finding anything for months. I like lunch better than dinner...
