Connecting tickets, hotel booking to MDE (using travel agent)

I'm not sure from your post whether or not you are staying on site. If you are and you have purchased a package which would include your tickets, you will have a confirmation number that you can link on MDE under "My Reservations and Tickets." Once those are linked, you will be able to proceed...

Wait times for Frozen Sing Along

So are the still giving out "return time tickets" even though they now offer Fastpass? If so, how does it work? Do you have to go there early in the morning and do you have a choice of times?

    Frozen Sing-Along wait time?

Traveling end of October and staying off-site so won't be able to get FP's until 30 days out. So if I can't get a FP for Frozen Sing-Along, how soon do you need to show up before each show for stand by line? Thanks for the help!

question about standby line for F.O.L.K.

Can anyone give me a good guess on how long you should arrive before a the show for Festival of the Lion King? I'm working on a trip for a family traveling end of October and wondering how much the new theater is increasing attendance? In recent years (before it moved) we could show up 10...

"Future Fastpass" for too short child

This could be what is happening, but they seemed legit. They are on a heavy card stock and the print quality is very good. Yay, I wondered about this too since as you point out, there is nothing on the card that actually says it acts as a fastpass. However, the man who sent the family these...

"Future Fastpass" for too short child

Their youngest is 5 yrs. old and 45" tall so it would definitely appear that they had come before and he had not been able to ride. What surprises me most is how this man, who owns the townhouse this family is renting, has been able to collect so many of these cards. From what I am reading...

"Future Fastpass" for too short child

Thanks, that will be helpful! So as someone who goes frequently to DW and does a lot of research as I help other families plan their trips, I'm surprised I've never seen one of these passes or had one of my kids offered one. We've asked the cast member at the start of the line for a child swap...

"Future Fastpass" for too short child

I know I've seen something about this on this site, but I can't find it so...can anyone tell my about a special "fastpass" that allows a child (and his family) to come back and ride when he or she is tall enough? I'm helping a family plan their trip and they were given about eight of these (each...

    Fall activities at Fort Wilderness

My sister and her son unexpectedly will be in Orlando part of Saturday and Sunday and have decided to stay the night at AS Movies. They don't plan to go into a park since they won't have a full day on either day so thought they would spend some time at DTD and Fort Wilderness. Is there anything...

    MagicBand, Tickets, and Memory Maker

mmm... Well, in the end what matters is that you have a printed confirmation of what is in your package. If your package is booked through Disney travel Co. (not sure how these special deals for FL residents work), then you will receive travel documents that will show what is part of your...

    MagicBand, Tickets, and Memory Maker

When you purchased the MM, you should have been give a confirmation number. I would try using that number to link MM. I'm a TA and in the short amount of time MM has been up and running, I've found that sometimes it automatically links and sometimes you have to do it manually. I've also found...

Question about connecting photopass pics to MM

That's what I did. It annoys me that they obviously don't need three days to activate it since for $199.00 it can be activated immediately. I understand offering a lower price as an incentive to purchase before you go, but since they can activate it immediately, why can't you purchase at the...

Question about connecting photopass pics to MM

Thanks. I'm frustrated that they say three days which should make it active on the 19th, so I don't understand why they are saying not till the 20th.

Question about connecting photopass pics to MM

I'm trying to purchase the Memory Maker at the $149.00 price for a trip starting on the 18th. It won't be active until the 20th and I've read that people have been able to connect pictures on a photopass card to a MM account, but I wonder if this will work, if those pictures were taken before...

10 days out and Disney changed my FP?!

This was all on the computer. I will check back. I wasn't crazy about having to take a later fp return window, since I want my clients to have as many options possible to get additional fps.
