Here's something I posted on my website...not that it will ever matter but it seems a logical concern for WDW. I just can't figure this out, Disney has spent millions of dollars to make sure that guest stay on WDW property. Hotels, Magical Express, Restaurants, Length of Stay Discounts...

Universal is doing more when it comes to technology, however Disney can do way more....If they don't get moving in the right direction it will be too late for them to stay ahead in the long run.

I guess we should get used to the idea of possibly of losing attractions every 10 or so years at Epcot, the problem is you never know if the redesign will be a improvement or if it will be Journey into your Imagination...

It involved a monorail ride from Epcot to the TTC, that's all I can say :lookaroun

13 years old in 1985, first park was EPCOT Center, still have souvenirs from the trip, one was a hologram necklace with green triangles in it from the Centorium and one of those things that have blue dots or bubbles that flow down a spiral platform then you turn it over to repeat...it still works.

I have never ridden FB but even looking at Spider Man at Universal, to me Disney hasn't been able to top it yet. I can only assume FB is comparable to Spider Man if not better. That being said I prefer Disney over Universal and I know Disney could easily blow anything that Universal does out of...

Maybe so, but it did stay in the station for a long time while they were checking something in one of the train sections...then it left slowly with passengers in every section except the one they were checking, they seemed to be looking at the escape hatch area...maybe it was a sensor in the hatch?

During my last trip...mid may...I saw Monorail green at the Epcot station and it wasn't leaving as planned, they had to run at a very slow speed all the way to the TTC, must be the reduced power mode...see video link below... http://youtu.be/ro7h9Xm8VFU

Although I highly doubt it, perhaps the show building is bigger at WDW and they will add a little more to the ride....Yeah I know...dream on...It's still a nice dark ride as is..

I think it's really simple, they don't do things as well as they used to, and that is a decline in standards and customer service. This would be true with any company anywhere in the world...

Usually you wisk past the panel and have no time to pursue your inner geek and check it out, this is the panel you see on the wall as you leave Space Mountain on the TTA...as luck would have it the TTA stoped right next to the panel and I happened to have my camera...here's one pic, I have close...

Another problem is Disney listening to sponsors too much, they need to grow a pair and let sponsors know that creative control is 100% WDI., and yes I know that's wishful thinking as well...

Glad I was lucky enough to walk on three times during a soft opening...very cool update BTW.
