I always book ahead of time. We like the Hampton Inn. A little more expensive than some but never had a bad room.

I drive from New Hamphire, 1350 miles. I usually stop about half way through SC, about 800+ miles

We enjoyed it, Just wife and I - we went before the most recent menu change for dinner, spent the 2 credits and were not bothered by what we got for the 2 credits
