I would try to ride either during the parade or late at night. Seems like the people rush right to the big rides in the morning but crowds thin out in the evenings. (especially true of pirates, jungle cruise and haunted mansion)

Since you changed your trip dates, it's possible that you qualified for a discount you didn't have before. That and the switch from preferred to standard could also be a factor. Glad it worked out for you!

I haven't tried the fish and chips at Yorkshire but can say that the ones at CHH are ok. They weren't spectacular but I'll probably have them again.

I like the spicy tuna rolls and Katsura Grill. I used to love the tuna sandwich at Columbia Harbour House but it seems that they've changed the tuna and it's just not as good. Recently had the grilled turkey and cheese sandwich at Backlot Express and that's pretty tasty. Oh and, of course...

There used to be a passholder lounge in Animal Kingdom. It was to the left as you came in, either by Island Mercantile or Pizzafari. Just an open air area where you could get drinks and rest in the shade for a bit. The Chase lounge at F&W was nice also because it had cell phone chargers!

When we visited Universal and Islands of Adventure 3 years ago, I did find myself comparing the food choices to Disney and, with the exception of the Three Broomsticks, found Uni to fall short. Found the same 3 choices of nasty greasy food that made me sick at most of the QS eateries. The line...
