    mummy ride video

Honestly, the video won't be able to describe the actual ride very well because the intense portions of the ride are in the dark. If you're going to IOA, take her on the Hulk. If she can handle the Hulk, then she can handle the Mummy. As Maglite said, the Mummy isn't very tall, but there are...

Worth it to go to Universal?

Absolutely. You're the perfect age for Universal. The attractions there are a blast. Despite the poor CM quality (from what I've seen), IOA is still my favorite park of all time.

    DisneySea Tower of Terror

That's gotta be Joe Rhode. His personality fits Mr Hightower (as a world explorer) perfectly. Good find

    Animal Kingdom needing more?

Of course AK needs something. I'd say MGM is possibly more in need of something. Epcot is decent, but could still use more. The only park that really doesn't need anything is MK, although you can certainly see just about everything on a slow day. The thing that really hurts AK the most is the...

The Best Disney Park in the World.

    1) Even though I've never seen it, DLP's castle has always intrigued me. I especially like the cave with the dragon. 2) I can't really answer this one. I've only been to WDW, and many of my all-time favorites are extinct. 3) Tough To Be A Bug, Muppetvision 3D, Mickey's Philharmagic 4) I've...

    dream flight ride

Dreamflight was awesome. It was simple, and pretty low-budget, but effective. Not only that, but it was a people-eater since it was an omnimover. Even when it was busy, there was rarely a line. My favorite part was definately the middle of the ride, from the storm over San Francisco to Paris.

Which Disney film would make a great attraction ?

20K Leagues Under The Sea :lookaroun - Seriously though, Sword In The Stone would make an awesome dark ride. - We all know about Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin, but I'd love to see the rumored Baby Herman Carriage darkride instead - Lion King would also make a great dark ride. It could even...

    E.T Adventure!

There's a difference... I agree that HM and SM are in dire need of refurbishment, but MK can survive off nostalgia alone. Since USF arrived a couple decades later, it doesn't have that luxury. Even outside of that, SM regularly has lines in excess of one hour, despite its datedness. Even...

    Dole Whip???

My dad felt the same way. He loves pineapple, but thought Dole Whips were light and airy. I also love pineapple, but I'll get a Dole Whip at least once on every trip to WDW. The orange slush down the road is extremely tempting though, and it often wins when I'm in Adventureland. HA

    The Land: Handwich

Believe it of not, Chicken Caesar Salad is pretty exotic to some people. Some people love salads in general, and others hate em. Even people that like salads may not like caesar salads because of their strong smell (Casear dressing does have anchovies in it). Since Sunshine Seaons doesn't have a...

    Dole Whip???

Dole Whip is light pineapple soft-serve I got it in the form of a pineapple float on my last trip, and it was delicious. Everyone's gotta try one at some point, because it's a legendary snack. The pineapple float is first filled ~halfway with pineapple juice, then the cup is filled with Dole...

Animal Kingdom Lodge to get DVC

DVC @ AKL would sell out ridiculously quick. I'm shocked it doesn't exist already... When they add it, they should also add a quick overhead light-rail system that connects AKL/AKL-DVC with AK itself. But I suppose that warrants another thread by itself. :)

    I never noticed this...

I got a pic of that angle on my last trip, but yours looks much better than mine. Well done. That would make a great desktop. Any chance we could get that pic in high resolution? Regarding Epcot and MGM being close, they're almost within walking distance of each other. You could realistically...

What ever happened to the Grand Venezia Resort?

Wasn't that spot also rumored to house a greek hotel as well? On a related note, don't forget about the rumored Kingdom Suites hotel that was supposed to go near where the MK's massive bus terminal is now.

    New info about Nemo ride!

I have reasonably high hopes for this one. I'm not expecting anything as awesome as Soarin' here, but I would like to see some well-done environments and special effects. Based on the quote above, it sounds like we will get that. Thank goodness it's an omnimover, so the lines will keep moving...
