I've often thought the same thing. I'd love to see what imagineers could do on a Horizons-style ride with modern technology and a decent budget.

I actually like the idea of the concept being revisited with a "what we envisioned vs. what we got, and what we think is coming." They could still make it entertaining. It makes me sad that rides have to have a princess or be thrilling to be entertaining.

Agreed. Horizons is the extinct attraction that I miss the most from my childhood. Number 2 would have to be Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. (WDW version)

I had to share this with everyone. I found this video in my archives. I did not make it, but the author gave permission for it to be shared freely. This is the only HD video that I've ever seen of Horizons. Al C. did a great job on this, and I had to share it with any other huge Horizons...

I forgot to post this here!! I was fortunate enough to spend a night at Art of Animation in late March, and I was able to capture the latest version of Must Do Disney. It's not a huge change, but there are a few changes for sure! Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to capture any other...

Yeah, it's a really nice, relaxing loop. I hadn't listed to it in a while, but I was going through my files and decided to post it. :) They really should reuse it somewhere. It would definitely fit well in Critter Country.

After lots of searching, I finally found the Disneyland Planning Videos for 2017. I put them together in one video to make it easier to watch. I hope this is helpful to someone. I don't know how different these are from the 2016 version.

I finally got my 2017 Planning DVD after trying to order it three times. I don't think they're sending these out as much as before. Anyway, I uploaded my DVD to YouTube to make it easier for others to see it if they cannot get one in the mail.

Here is an update from March 19, 2017. I haven't had a chance to update as much lately due to a new addition in our family. If you have some extra time, it's kind of fun to watch the other videos on this thread so that you can see the progress over time.
