The fact is someone else offered to pay to loose it and to save TWDC the hassle of paying for either the proposed update or to remove it themselves.

It "lost its sparkle" since TWDC allowed it to decline. See WoL, PI, 20K....

I'mma go with Marni on this one...they've fixed up and allowed actual crap rides to still exist why they just let this one rot...and its a shame.

Every time I see one of these old videos, I have to laugh. All I can think of is my dad in his goofy hat, Burt Reynolds mustache, knee high socks and short shorts lugging around that 20 pound VCR video recorder on his shoulder taping everything.
