That is rumored, I could see that happening but the rumored phase 2 for ML with the Avengers Coasted in possible 2021/2022 would go into the parking lot behind DCA but the coaster could fit into an expansion of the theatre in Hollywood Land. So in shorter words it is possible.

A buyout of the contract during a press conference or something. At D23 people would expect proper theme park announcements. But Disney could use that to their advantage

Never said to destroy it, They could replace the river rapids with a new one (if wanted) and no need to touch the Grizzly Peak Mountain). Also Disney has done much more expensive things and they could if they wanted to.

Never said it was a bad rapids ride, I do like it but it seems like free real Estate for Disney as the rest of DCA is changing and I bet it is in the chopping block an less then a decade. Never said it should go, just providing proof

They advertised it to look like the movies, It’s nothing like that and soon the Nostalgia for the comic versions will go away as the movies are what people think of marvel now

Disney can’t build a whole park, They would rather put Marvel in Epcot and DHS as marvel would benefit those. Also my family felt cheated when we want to Marvel island as it was not what they advertised. A big thing is that people want the MCU marvel and Universal would want to use some Fox IP’s...

I heard about the Fantastic Worlds thing. Universal can’t use all of their marvel characters they own and I bet they would love to get some Fox IP’s as Disney could allow them to make a Simpsons world which what they were planning, a proper one

I think it was refurbed two years ago, I don’t know what happened to it during the refurb but a new refurb will be nice
