You don't even need contact with guests to be polite or have tact. Those are basic human traits everyone should have.

The price increases, scaling back portions and all of those strategies aren't surprising. What continues to be surprising is how the current Disney management group has no issue with publicly talking about the guest as a dollar sign. There isn't even an attempt to be respectful.

Yes, you can walk from the Swan Reserve past the Swan & Dolphin and use the same walking paths all the Epcot Resort Area hotels use.

The resort prices are absolutely insane. Especially for the deluxe category. The new norm appears to be $600 for standard and up from there. Discounts are almost a forbidden word now.

While all of that is true, you may be giving the average investor too much credit. Some only want the dividend and won't be happy until it returns.

Meanwhile, what may get the Boards attention is unhappy shareholders. The stock price is well off its all-time high of $203 and change, and the dividend still hasn't been reinstated. Add that with some negative growth news about Disney+, and maybe some attention of unhappy park goers...well then...
