What's weird to me is they both require a date for a ticket AND a reservation. Seems like they could be smarter with ticket purchase, room reservations, etc, to take the pain out of the process. Let's see I've purchased my plane ticket, but forgot to reserve my seat! Dangit.

We got passes to SW in 2020 and have had them since. No park treats passholders as well. They’ve certainly had issues with staffing over the last couple years, but our experience has been leaps and bounds better than with Disney parks over the same period.
