Where is Walt's plane? UPDATE - Coming to D23 2022

According to this article on PopSugar, Walt's plane is still in the same location backstage, though that doesn't really seem to make much sense.

What time should I get to the parks for New Years?

Unless you're in Magic Kingdom as you read this, it's already too late. The park has already closed for capacity. The others are still open though, and you can get in there.

Change to the Pirates early 2018

This is a good point. I agree with it, just personally I would have felt it wasn't worth the time/money for Disney to do, but if it does mean something to other guests visiting the park (who felt the scene was uncomfortable to them) then I'm behind the change. I just wonder what fueled this...

Change to the Pirates early 2018

That's a bit silly. Nobody is outrageously calling for a boycott. It's a discussion (like everything else on this forum) about whether we think its a good idea or not. When Disney makes changes that I don't really agree with, I'll still ride the attraction, but instead, I'd think "If I were in...

Change to the Pirates early 2018

OP is obviously way off-base and absolutely incorrect in his assessment. However, there is one small thing I may agree with him on. At what point do we stop going back and 'changing art', because we realize it is incorrect? Always felt the scene reflected a dark period in that aspect of history...

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Ep 8). SPOILERS. Plot points revealed and discussed.

All that is very predictable, and exactly what the movie did best is that It didn't give fans everything they wanted, which makes it great unexpected storytelling.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Ep 8). SPOILERS. Plot points revealed and discussed.

How do you know that Luke did not die of natural causes, and what was his intention to escape to Ach-To to die alone ended up becoming a triumphant moment of return before becoming one with the force?

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Ep 8). SPOILERS. Plot points revealed and discussed.

Thank you for bringing my attention to the wretched scum that defines the darkest corners of the Star Wars fandom. This movie has brought out the worst, most despicable fans, and I find myself at a point in which I question if I would ever want to define myself as a 'Star Wars' fan again. Look...

Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Ep 8). SPOILERS. Plot points revealed and discussed.

One thing I want to throw into the conversation is that many fans are upset with this movie because they felt the questions led them to the wrong paths. But it's not the fault of the film that fans have created unrealistic expectations and theories that go far beyond the stories that these...

News Disney and Fox come to terms -- announcement soon; huge IP acquisition

I know you said this as a joke, but I'm actually legitimately concerned that those R-rated properties like Deadpool will make their way into Disney parks.

Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor - Going Seasonal?

What the heck is that even supposed to mean? People that work in a theme park aren't deserving of good wages? Do you realize that Disney employs 70,000 people on a wide scale of occupations?

Where is Walt's plane? UPDATE - Coming to D23 2022

Personally, I think Walt's plane should go to the Walt Disney Family Museum, if this would be possible to transport there. I think that would be the best home for it considering the slim chances that it will see the light of day at Walt Disney World again.

Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor - Going Seasonal?

This is true. I've tried looking for places in Orlando, and it is difficult to find inexpensive options. Disney doesn't really have to care about those elements, but at least they give the option at a price that isn't expensive.

Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor - Going Seasonal?

Although the placement in Tomorrowland always confused me, I love this attraction and would be sad to see it go. It also appears to be a big crowd eater

You seem like the guy who was probably a fan of the 'mature' version of the Imagination pavilion, without the childish dragon.

Disney store at MK, limit of 1 item discount per person.

Dont know about this item, but in certain cases which have limited quantities, Disney does make a limit per guest (i.e. Limited 35th anniversary Epcot merch). Since this was a Christmas item, its possible it had a similar rule for that specific item.

Muppets Mini-Land / Muppets Courtyard Additions & Refurbishments

Old timey production equipment is literally at the heart of what make the Muppets what they're all about. It is difficult to think of a time where the characters aren't "putting on a show" or "making a movie".

Muppets Mini-Land / Muppets Courtyard Additions & Refurbishments

Maybe you just have no familiarity or it simply has no relevance to you, but part of the reason why most users visit this site reguarly is that most of them have personal connections to the things in these parks. The Muppet Courtyard means so much to me beyond explanation, and maybe you just...
