Question About Microwaving Food, Please Answer, Thanks!

I bought something, usually frozen things you can microwave. I see only details for conventional oven, toaster oven and fryer. So does that mean I can't microwave it? I think I tried once and it made a mess. I would prefer to microwave it so can I? Or not?

if it has no microwave instructions, then you can't microwave it.
