Well, what we don't know is if they were intentionally doing something to see if it would fail, as it has made the circuit many times. Also, we don't have much precedent for a fully outside, visible coaster being tested in front of guests with twitter. This could have always been the case, but...

It was nice. We did get DVC goodies (small things) and a free Mickey Bar. This was an invite only DVC event, I just knew the right people...

Went last night. The value of the included desserts is well above the past parties I have been to for the price. As mentioned already, they do ask everyone stand at the rail/edge for the viewing of the show. The treats were refilled throughout the night, and after the show they didn't hurry...

I am not familiar with this company you purchased the tickets through, but it very well could be that they can only get certain discounts for seasonal rates. It may be that Uni offers them special rates for each season, your were for the spring/slower season, and that was the deal. They even...

Yeah, every other forum on Uni/coasters/theme parks has someone who says it is finally ready for real testing, but still over a week or more away for people... They have been putting it out on the lift the past few days to test the new anti roll backs, but not cycling it during daylight hours.

Then why sell tickets? Also, why make everyone, including D23 members have to buy them? And, in reality, D23 isn't sponsoring One man's Dream at all... I mean really... they are using One man's Dream to advertise D23.

Track not lining up was incorrect. Trains could complete the circuit. it seems Uni and the manufacturer had different ideas for evac procedure on the lift and the lift track was removed to make the changes.
