I was at Springs yesterday and noticed changes in this area. Outside Splitsville across from the upcoming donut store they’ve started to remove the concrete and replace it with gravel. Guess it’s related to this project.

Frozen has always received high guest scores and is probably easy to pull off since it’s only 5 performers who are already well spaced out. Shouldn’t require many changes and should still be fairly cheap due to the limited number of actors.
