Animal Kingdom lodges with out a doubt. Saratoga is by far the worst Disney resort. Many reasons but suffice to say I am a DVC member, Saratoga is my base home resort, and it is horrid.

Last I knew DVC allowed pool hopping with the exception of the beach club and 1 or 2 others.
