And I think you’re misunderstanding what I’m saying. :) I’m fine with the copy editing. In fact, it means that everyone slamming him personally on here is just scapegoating him with their frustrations since he’s clearly posting with a corporate agenda in mind, if you will.

And I’m fine with that. I guess the main point I was trying to make originally, is that I see Zach get dragged on this site quite a lot, and I just don’t think it’s always fair or warranted. But maybe it’s just me. You may all resume discussing the topic at hand!

As I said, I’m willing to accept that his captions go through an approval process before they go out. But having that happen is a different story than assuming he doesn’t even run the account that bears his own name. That sounds like a conspiracy, and there would definitely be a better solution...

Just so I understand you, you don’t believe Zach pens his own captions and is provided them entirely beforehand?? Or, is it that he has to send a draft to a PR rep to get their approval before he can post their “approved” version? I could see the latter happening, but not so much the former...

In many ways, I don't see him treating his Instagram as a "personal" account (ie, something he posts to on his own whims) but more as a corporate mouthpiece that he's allowed to add his own flair to. So, if anyone is to be hated here, hate his boss.

HTTYD has had much more than just the films to fuel it's relevance. In fact, a new series (Dragons:The Nine Realms) is currently running on Hulu. I'm not saying an Encanto attraction won't attract interest. But I just think it's a stretch to believe it alone would be enough to sway a family...

FTFY. You're presupposing that the novelty of Encanto hasn't worn off by then. Though, knowing Disney, we'll likely have Encanto 2, and an announced D+ series by then.
