LOL That's just off the top of my head there's a few more regulars dweezil, Cosmic and of course Nicole! But really not that many. The DLRP, TDR, HKDLR, and SHDLR have even less. Which is sad considering the great things happening in some of them.

Last year Haunted Mansion Holiday closed on Jan 9th and Haunted Mansion reopened on Jan 23rd. I would expect this years to be similar Jan 7th till Jan 18 or 21st. With Fantasy Faire I wouldn't worry to much about it as if you need princesses they'll be at small world mall. Speaking of small...

I believe you can stop by City Hall or Chamber of Commerce and they'll have a schedule of characters for the day and where they will be meeting. The DL and DCA times guides hardly list any characters besides the main places for meet and greets, Mickey and Minnie's Houses, Princess Fantasy Faire...
