Boardwalk is a great resort, our favorite actually, location is fantastic with the YC and BC right across the lagoon...tons of places to eat..from snacks to signatures, EPCOT is a very short walk and DHS is also within walking distance or you can ride the boats. Rooms are some of the best...

You need to call Disney, they will get you on the phone with Tech Support and they will walk you through the process

In the immortal words of the Kingsman "I'm going to save the world" Try Davids http://www.dvcrequest.com/ We rented DVC points from them for 13-19 December 2 Bedroom Villa at the Beach Club..They also had the Boardwalk available. No hassle and rates are really good....there are other places...

I meant the week of 13-19 December as thats when we are going, I had talked with Disney at teh 180 day mark as they were not available, they acknowledged as much and assured me that they would get me in if for some reason they were "magically" all booked.

Fantasmic ressies are there now, for whatever reason MM held there reservations and they were not available for any lunch, dinning or Fantasmic seating's after 11 December until this weekend.

For those that have been trying to book Fantasmic and or Dinner reservations from 12 December and beyond at Mama Melrose..reservations are now available for both at least through 16 December. All my ADRs are now complete!
