    Hoppers (Pixar Spring 2026)

"Hoppers" as in, people whose minds jump from body to body?

News Bob Iger is back! Chapek is out!!

Is it even necessary for Disney+ to ever turn a profit? The service is basically a 24/7 stream of advertisements for Disney's merchandise, media, parks, and other products. All of Disney's income streams are dependent on broadcast/streaming media to create public knowledge about them.

Watching EPCOT fireworks from EPCOT Resorts

I've watched the old Reflections of Earth fireworks from as close as the Yacht Club beach and even from that close it's not much to see- the majority of the fireworks aren't even above the treeline/buildings .

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind SPOILER Thread

Well that's dumb. The only time I've ridden it I got "Disco Inferno," which is about as '70s as it gets.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind SPOILER Thread

I thought the Guardians' music was mostly '70s stuff with a few very early '80s outliers.

HS sold out. Will it be miserable??

Not for the Parks Division, though. There's a ton of people in that park on this early November Monday. I for one cannot wait for the TEA attendance numbers for 2022 to come out. It wouldn't surprise me at all if MGM breaks 12 million this year.

How does Space 220 work these days?

If you're willing to eat during Harmonious availability shouldn't be that much of a problem. We walked right in one evening last month and the place looked half-empty.

    The Miscellaneous Thought Thread

Saw the new version of Disneyland Fantasmic last week while the show overall was improved the change from the Peter Pan to the Jack Sparrow pirate ship was a huge downgrade, though I suppose that change happened a while back. The original sequence just had so many more things going on with...

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind SPOILER Thread

So that big platform on the left after the final brake run before you unload- that IS supposed to house animatronics of the main characters but was somehow cut for budget, right? There's no way that tiny little Musion Eyeliner screen was plan-A, was there?

Busch Gardens VA / Been? Haven't? Post Here :)

The Busch parks have lost a lot of my good will in the last few months by refusing to open their new roller coasters. Pantheon, Icebreaker, and Iron Gwazi have been ready for months.

Universal Studios Florida desperately needs new BGM

This. There should be recognizable tunes and themes but it rerecorded for use in the parks. The loops Disney uses near the Rapunzel bathrooms and around Splash Mountain are prime examples- it's largely music from the films but not just straight from the soundtracks- the instruments used fit the...

Hasn't overall capacity decreased at the Magic Kingdom due to ride stoppages for loading disabled guests?

Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

Would you have been more or less offended if this were presented as a straightforward $400 ticket price increase?

Lightning Lane at Walt Disney World

Unless the charge is $70-$80 per high demand ride, I don't see it deterring a lot of people.

    Turtle Trek 360 is back.

I visited Turtle Trek on June 12 and it was certainly in a sad state. There was no 3D and the film was playing in a constant loop, so you just walked in and out. One of the projectors was bugged out, too, so it was only displaying a frozen frame that updated every 10 seconds or so.
